Depending on ordered products and/or services, additional Terms & Conditions shall additionally apply, as laid down in their related relevant third party hardware product warranty and/or software licensing and/or support or other Terms & Conditions. Products and services originating from third parties are guaranteed by these third parties according to their conditions.

*Any purchase order submitted to AnylinQ is subject to acceptance by AnylinQ. Only upon acceptance by AnylinQ by way of a written order confirmation the agreement is concluded.
